Abstract
Purpose: Compare retinal ganglion cell complex thickness in diabetic macular edoema studied cases before and after receiving an intravitreal injection of ranibizumab by spectral domain optical coherence tomography scans. Methods : prospective interventional study on 30 eyes with diabetic macular edema were imaged by spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) before receiving Ranibizumab intravitreal injection and one month after injection . Thickness changes in retinal ganglion cell complex after one month follow up period were quantitatively analyzed and correlated.
