Background: Eeclampsia is a primary reason for motherhood and neonatal death and morbidity; it is a serious condition. An anisocytosis indicator in hypertension and cardiovascular disease is the rbcs distribution width (RDW). Aim and objectives: for early predict pre- diagnosis of eclampsia by measuring WBC distribution width. Subjects and techniques: That seemed like a bright future. Experiments were carried out at Al-Azhar University's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology medicine. when carrying a child, A random number was used to allocate patients to either Group A (those with preeclampsia) or Group B (those without the condition). group included healthy pregnant participants. The patients of disease known as pre-eclampsia. Distributed into less serious and more serious ones. Result: there was major correlation between severe pre-eclampsia with RDW and MPV. Conclusion: We conclude that RDW is linked to both the presence and severity of preeclampsia. Similar to other cardiovascular disorders, RDW, an easy, cheap, and computed portion of rbcs count, can be employed as a major indicator of health status and prognosis for those who have preeclampsia
