Abstract
Background: Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis refers to lateral curvature of adolescent spine from body's central line at one & more coronary segments. This condition is frequently associated with spinal rotation, changes in sagittal curvature, rotatory tilt of ribs & pelvis, & paraspinal muscle & ligament malformation. Aim and objectives: to assess clinical & radiological outcomes of employing the all-pedicle screw approach to surgically repair Lenke type (3) adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Subjects & methods: This research, which remained prospective, was done on 20 patients presented by Lenke type Three (3) adolescent scoliosis, sex includes male and female.
